NEW CONSTRUCTION

Construction of a new 11-story high-end boutique hotel with a cellar level, developed for a luxury hotel group with locations in London and New York. The project involved 3D modeling and MEP clash detection using Navisworks.

The hotel features high-end interior finishes throughout all guest rooms and common areas, reflecting its luxury branding. The cellar level includes a restaurant-grade kitchen equipped with an electrostatic precipitator for exhaust filtration, with welded black iron ductwork extending from the kitchen to the rooftop bulkhead for proper ventilation.
