Pier 94 Studios comprises six advanced sound stages up to 20,000 square feet with 36-foot clearances, designed to provide superior acoustic performance for filming and live studio production. The facility also includes four fully outfitted private production suites featuring executive and writers’ offices, conference rooms, and pantries.

The project involved significant mechanical and logistical operations, including transporting six Aaon rooftop units by barge where crane access was limited, and using an LTM 1450 crane to complete over 70 critical rigging picks for installing major equipment such as 16 Aaon units, Hitachi VRF condensers, and high-capacity Twin City Fans. Additional work included installing split AC and VRF systems for essential technical rooms, extensive exposed ductwork, constructing and energizing four Con Edison vaults built to EO Spec 2032, and implementing a new building management system infrastructure.
